• Leo Kessler : We talked to everybody that went out with her, maybe you could shed some light on what we learned?

  Warren Stacy : [as Kessler pulls out diary]  What's that?

  Leo Kessler : It's Betty's diary, we got it from her roommate. She kept what you might call a graphic record of her experiences. For instance: "So conceited that when he said did I want to go to bed with him, it was like he was doing me a favour." That's Larry Williams. You know him?

  Warren Stacy : No.

  Leo Kessler : [reading from diary]  "Always talking about his Corvette and cabin cruiser, but never once bothered to mention having a wife." George Latham. You know him?

  Warren Stacy : [agitated]  No.

  Leo Kessler : [reading from diary]  "Good-looking but what a creep. Makes my skin crawl. I told him to get lost. Creep called me up again. Creep asked me to the office picnic. I said I had a date. He said I was lying. That made me mad. I said I wouldn't go with him if he was the last man alive." You know who that is?

  [Warren doesn't answer] 

  Leo Kessler : I'll give you a hint: YOU!

• Laurie Kessler : My father's gonna kill you!

  Warren Stacy : Oh, no, he's not. I know where he's at.

  Laurie Kessler : That was him on the phone just now. He'll be here any second!

  Warren Stacy : Oh, yeah? Then I guess I better hurry up!

• Leo Kessler : [answering phone]  Yeah, hello. Hello?

  Warren Stacy : How you doing, Mr Kessler? Enjoying yourself? I am. I told you what a dirty shit you are. Now the whole world knows, right?

  [Kessler remains silent] 

  Warren Stacy : What's the matter, cat got your tongue? To forgive is divine, they say. But I don't aspire to being an angel, know what I mean? You tried to kill me, I owe you for that. And I always try and pay what I owe. Be seeing you, Mr Kessler.

  Leo Kessler : [hangs up and nods]  Likewise, Mr Stacy.

• Laurie Kessler : [answering phone]  Hello?

  Warren Stacy : [making obscene call using Spanish accent]  Hi, baby, what's doing? How you been?

  Laurie Kessler : Oh, it's you again.

  Warren Stacy : How about we get together? What you say?

  Laurie Kessler : [playing along for McAnn, who is tracing the call]  Well, I don't usually go out with strangers. What did you say your name was?

  Warren Stacy : Call me Pedro. That means Peter. I got the biggest one you've ever seen.

  Laurie Kessler : That's nice to know. What do you have in mind, Pedro?

  Warren Stacy : I take you to a motel, we do it every way there is. How you like it? Up, down, front, back?

  Laurie Kessler : Uh, whatever suits you, amigo. Where should I meet you?

  Warren Stacy : [taken aback]  What you say?

  Laurie Kessler : Tell me what hotel, I'll meet you there.

  Warren Stacy : [angrily]  Like hell you will! Don't fool with me, bitch!

  Laurie Kessler : But I thought you loved me.

  Warren Stacy : Kiss my ass, cunt! I love to stick it to you, that's what I love! Your father's a pig, your mother's a whore!
