Plot Summary

Once Frank was a crack cop his colleagues used to call "the hawk" (hence the title) ;but his wife perished in a car crash ,and his daughter went into coma.He has become a human wreck ,the ghost of himself.Gus,the killer he tracked the very day his wife died reappears and commits more crimes ;Frank the Hawk wakes up:the hunt begins and will last the whole film :in the streets ,in the country,in a disused factory ;disowned by his superiors ,he carries on and ....miracles still happen.
