Sex & Nudity

  • There is some sexual tension shown in the First and Second Act, and in the Second Act some couples retreat to their rooms and are implied to make love. However, nothing is shown except some bare legs and the like.
  • There is little to no nudity except some bare legs and arms and some deep cleavages (if that can even be considered nudity).

Violence & Gore

  • The opening of the movie shows a shot of several minutes long of a real, wounded bull in a bullfight arena. He bleeds profusely and is in the process of dying. Later, in the fourth act, another bullfight in the arena is briefly shown.
  • The movie has two short knife fights, one between two factory women and the other between two men fighting over a woman. Nobody gets wounded in these fights.

Profanity

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Mild to none. In Act 1 during "La cloche a sonné" some men briefly shown smoking cigarettes. Officer Zuniga is briefly shown smoking a cigarette as he looks down on the scene from his office windows.
