- A woman in a tape says that she was raped with a bottle.
- In one scene Bronson hides under a bed while two woman make love on it. We do not see them actually perform any sexual act, but we see one woman strip naked and walk over to the bed. Her breasts and pubic area can be seen, albeit very briefly.
- A man being tortured is stripped nude and his pubic hair can briefly be seen. Electrodes are attached to his nipples and genitals. The man's genitals are never seen through the seen though.
Violence & Gore

- A woman is seen dead inside a trunk (small dose of blood on her face).
- A nude woman is seen lyng on a gurney covered in blood after being tortured to death offscreen.
- A man is stripped nude and strapped into an odd torture contraption. Electrodes are snapped onto his nipples and genitals. He is brutally electrocuted and is seen thrashing around and screaming in agony. This goes on for nearly a minute of screen time until he starts gurgling up blood and dies.
- A man steps on another mans throat while brutally squeezing and twisting his genitals.
- A man has a knife thrown into his throat. He pulls it out and crawls across the floor as blood flows down his shirt and out his mouth. This scene is drawn out and quite bloody.
- A mans neck is broken from behind.
- A man is beaten and has a fire hose tied around his neck and his thrown out a window. His neck snaps and he dies and is seen hanging out the side of the building.
- During a car chase a man is shot in the chest. Blood pours out and he falls out he window.
- A man is shown tied to a chair after being tortured. He is very blood and has large wound in his chest and stomach. He is alive and is seen crying in pain.
- Two men are blasted with a shotgun. One of the mens stomach is shown bloody and he flies out an open door. The other is only wounded as he is wearing a bullet proof vest. He is then shot in the head with the shotgun and is seen covered in blood.
- A man is shot in the head with a pistol and blood is briefly seen flowing out.
- A man is trapped in a car and attacked by a crowd of miners with pitchforks. They tear the car apart and then brutally hack at the man. Their faces are splattered with blood and the mans horribly mutilated body is seen with large bloody wounds and gouges and his brains hanging out of his head.
- There is a lot of talk about torture through out the film.
- A man talks about how to torture people and the difference between men and women being that women should be made to remove their clothes and men should be stripped by some one else.
- Victims of the main villian talk about how they were tortured with graphic descriptions including "testicles being nailed to a board, a pregnant womans baby being cut out and her husbands head being put in her stomach, pins being driven under fingernails", etc.

- Very tame language. There is no cursing at all in the first 33 minutes of the movie, and then features only 16 profanities throughout the rest of the film.
