Sex & Nudity

  • A scene where a woman forces a man to take off his clothes (his bare buttocks are shown). Afterwards we see him running and his penis can be seen for a few seconds.
  • Full-frontal female and male nudity is shown briefly.
  • A man spy a woman undressing her bare buttocks seen later the same woman forces the man strip nude his bare buttocks seen
  • A man watches a woman get undressed from a closet, we see her from behind and fairly far away from the screen; brief full rear nudity from a distance.
  • A woman removes her robe to show one of her breasts to a man, the breast is seen and the woman erotically touches herself. She says her nipple is getting hard and the man then gropes her breast.
  • A few scenes of kissing.
  • A room has an erotic painting of a woman on the wall.
  • A man forcibly kisses another man.
  • A woman appears at a man's house, fully nude and covered in scratches and bruises. Her breasts, buttocks, and very thick pubic hair are all clearly seen for an extended period of time and then for a long time in another scene afterwards.
  • A sex scene for about 2 seconds before it cuts to black.
  • There is a disturbing and sadistic scene of sexual assault. A woman is forced to spread her legs for a man who beats her repeatedly and also fondles her body obsessively. He then begins aggressively humping her but he is clothed (although she's not) before leaving her on the ground in agony.
  • The main antagonist is very crazy and sexually disturbed. Many scenes show him in a psychosexual nature that is very uncomfortable and disturbing.
  • Occasional Explicit sexual dialogue
  • The film is occasionally erotic. There are some parts with nudity and sexual activity although none of it is actually explicit except for the rape scene.
  • The parts of the film that are the worst are the scenes that show the hyper sexual and sadistically violent behavior of a rapist and perverted man.
  • Lots of sexual references.

Violence & Gore

  • A woman is forced to spread her legs to an aggressive and disturbed blackmailer. The man screams at and beats her throughout the sequence before throwing her to the ground and savagely humping her with his clothes on but she is nude. This is a disturbing and prolonged scene of sexual assault that is much worse in the film.
  • A man has a stroke onscreen.
  • A woman threatens a man with a knife and says she'll stab him if he doesn't do what she says.
  • A man is punched in the chin and then the stomach.
  • A woman slaps a man.
  • A shootout happens and bodies are seen on the floor, no blood though.
  • While there is only one gory scene, the entire film is full of disturbing abuse and beatings along with sadistically violent behavior.
  • A man is shot in the head, blood bursts from the wound and the back of his head explodes in explicit detail. His body is then seen with blood and brain matter all over the floor. Very graphic.
  • A man is seen with a gunshot wound in the head and his ear cut off along with several other wounds on his body. We see graphic close-ups of his wounds and there is lots of blood splattered on the wall behind him.
  • A man is seen standing completely still covered in blood with a part of his brain graphically exposed. It is implied he was crudely lobotomized. Blood is seen coming out of his mouth at one point he abruptly swings his arm at an object. He is eventually shot to death in the scene.
  • A man is repeatedly humiliated and beaten throughout an extended sequence. He is punched over and over, has a knife held to his face numerous times and is eventually beaten senseless until he wakes up on the side of the road the next morning with lots of bruises, facial wounds and blood on him.
  • A man finds a decomposing severed ear, it is somewhat mouldy and covered in ants.
  • A man beats a woman because during sex because she asks him to. This is because she has been in an abusive situation and now takes masochistic pleasure in it.

Profanity

  • Lots of profanity like "pussy" and "shithead".
  • An overwhelming majority of the F-words are said by the villain.
  • 56 uses of "fuck"

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

  • Some scenes of drinking and smoking. One instance of drinking by a probably 18-year-old high school senior.
  • The main antagonist will often breathe in amyl nitrate from a mask to enhance strange and bizarre situations
  • There is a character that constantly uses a gas mask to take a drug (amyl nitrate) which makes him extremely erratic and psychosexual. He does this before committing violent acts.

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • The rape scene is extremely disturbing.
  • The villain Frank Booth is a complete psychopath, and his actions are monstrous and very unpleasant, which make him a frightening character.
  • The film is dark in tone, and it contains disturbing material, especially related to sexual violence.
