A bit dated now, but story concerns the effect of AIDS on several members of society in England, circa 1985. Especially touching is the portion dealing with the ostracism of a small boy who contracted AIDS via transfusion, and his family's attempt to make his short life as normal as possible. Daniel Massey plays successful businessman who contracts it via unprotected sex, and who ends his days in a hospice with a young drug user who at the end awakens his love of life (too late). Extremely well acted!
