- Several of the women are shown topless at some point in the movie, and in one scene, a woman is shown removing her dress for a bath, seen fully nude from the rear. There is less of this than in some of the other films in this series.
- A woman removes her bikini-style top while two men are in the dressing room with her.
- Two women oil-wrestle wearing only sports bras and thong bottoms. In the next scene, they're shown showering the oil off, from the waist up.
- A man slips the dress strap off a woman's shoulder, revealing one of her breasts.
- A man removes a woman's bikini top, revealing her breasts.
- A woman is shown in the changing room after a workout wearing nothing but thong panties. In a later scene, she's shown still topless, putting the rest of her underwear on.
- Cynthia Brimhall has some good cleavage.
- Most of the female characters are seen in very skimpy swimwear/workout/dance outfits or underwear, often in a thong style, showing their bared buttocks.

- A small airplane is blown out of the sky with a shoulder-mounted rocket launcher.

- Two ninjas assault a man with nunchaku and bo. One of his friends shoots the ninjas dead.
- A man backhands a woman in the face.
- A character shoots someone point-blank with a 4-tube rocket launcher, firing all four.
- There are several shooting scenes, some of which are fairly bloody, though the effects are cheaply-done enough that the visuals aren't as frightening as they might be. Many of these scenes are run-and-gun style, with bullets sprayed indiscriminately.
- There are several explosions in the movie, including an assassination by hand grenade.
