The word "Grofaz" (actually: "Gröfaz") is explained as an abbreviation for "Größter Feldherr aller Zeiten" as a title for Hitler. However, it was used as an insult. It was coined after the defeat at Stalingrad, mocking earlier praise for Hitler by field marshal Wilhelm Keitel. Using this term openly would have brought about immediate arrest.
