Sex & Nudity

  • Female full frontal Nudity in several scenes
  • The body of a deceased, fully nude man is seen in a bed, covered in blood. Very brief.
  • During the opening scene a naked man and a naked woman are having passionate sex. We see thrusting and movement. Both of their chests are visible as well as the woman's buttocks.
  • A woman spreads her legs and reveals her genitals, her pubic hair is clearly visible.
  • Female nudity throughout with one case of male frontal nudity.
  • A woman is raped. Scene is very intense and can be disturbing.
  • 11/12+ age rating. It's a 12 in France since 1996.
  • A nude man and woman have passionate sex in bed, (we see the woman's bare buttocks in a mirror above the bed): the woman rides the man briefly as they both moan pleasurably (the woman's bare breasts and buttocks are visible for most of the scene); this scene lasts about three minutes and realistically depicts sexual intercourse.
  • A man watches a woman changing clothes (her bare buttocks are visible and we briefly see a bit of her breast and pubic hair from the side).
  • A man throws a woman against a wall then passionately kisses her and removes her shirt, revealing her breasts. He then grabs her and they move to the other side of the hallway with her in front of him and his back against the wall. He then kisses her neck. They then move to the couch where they kiss and then start to undress. The scene then becomes more aggressive and the woman tells the man to stop, which he does not, raping her. Penetration is clearly implied by both parties.
  • A man watches a woman undressing through a window.
  • A man and woman are briefly shown having sex under the covers with the mans bare buttocks shown. This scene is short and doesn't last long.
  • A nude man and woman kiss in bed and he kisses her neck (sex is implied); they are later shown lying in bed (they are nude from the shoulders up); they then kiss passionately and the man climbs on top of the woman (it is implied that they have sex again).

Violence & Gore

  • We see two graphic book illustrations. One of them is from a book called "Love Hurts," in which we see the victim tied up with a silk scarf to the bed and blood draining out (graphic). And an ice-pick to symbolize the murderers' dominance. The other is a picture with blood fonts saying "The Other One," in which a boy (who killed his parents for no reason) is holding a paper plane and throwing it.
  • A woman is raped, the scene is prolonged and graphic.
  • A woman stabs a man repeatedly with an ice pick while they are having sex in bed (blood splatters on her bare breasts and torso); the pick goes through his nose (a shot achieved with a prosthetic head) as he screams in agony. We later see the man's bloody corpse lying on the bed, both covered with blood.
  • During the crime scene investigation, the police run a UV lamp over the man's corpse, revealing traces of semen on the bed and the corpse.
  • A man shoves another man against a glass window and chokes him; two other men grab him, pointing a gun to his neck, and restrain him.
  • A man's corpse is shown with a bloody gunshot wound on his temple.
  • A woman scratches a man's back while they are having sex (we see bloody marks).
  • A man is hit by a car; he rolls over the top of the car and hits the ground hard (he's slightly injured); he gets in his car and chases the other car, which ends up driving off a bridge and crashing on the ground (we see a woman's corpse inside the car; no blood is evident).
  • A man looks at photos of children's bloody corpses (we hear that a woman murdered them with a razor).
  • A man is stabbed repeatedly in the neck with an ice pick (a lot of blood is shown spraying and pouring from the wounds, as well as on the ice pick and the killer's arm); another man discovers him lying, covered in blood, in an elevator, as he dies (we see some blood on the other man's hands).
  • A man shoots a woman in the chest (we see the bloody bullet wound).
