During the power outage caused by the strike, one of the lights above a portrait in the Dean's office is on.
At one point, Adam and Bobo shave "Nerds" into the backs of Harold and Ira's heads. While the two nerds wear hats in the next scene (in the Tri-Lamb house) they both have full heads of hair for the rest of the movie.
This occurs later as well, when the nerds shave "Nerds Rule" into the jocks' heads. Adam and Bobo both sport full heads of hair in all subsequent scenes.

When the members of Lambda Lambda Lambda are watching Harold Skolnick remotely controlling the robot to mess with the Alpha Beta's pimple cream, Harold Skolnick narrates "We're here at the world renowned Tri-Lamb fraternity bathroom where we've secretly replaced their Pimple Clear with pimple inducing ingredients". He should have said they were at the Alpha Beta fraternity's bathroom. It was mentioned earlier in the film that the Tri-Lamb house and everything in it had been given to the Alpha Betas, however, so Alpha Betas using the Tri-Lamb bathroom is not an error.
Lewis' car has a California license plate, but earlier films in the series implied that Adams College was in Arizona.
Stan Gable says he was "class of 80" at Adams College. Lewis Skolnick said he was "class of 81." Neither one of these can be true; both were still attending Adams in 1984 (as depicted in the first movie).
