A jorney through Lebanese history and cinema in a metalinguistic film in the border of fiction and documentary
guisreis28 June 2021
A precious film in the border between an ironic and political comedy fiction and a doscumentary on cinema and history of Lebanon, with the very charming metalinguistic narrative and often vintage aestetichs. Very innovative and smart, useful to explore cinema and to understand Lebanese history and international interests there. The only problem is the pace, which sometimes becomes kind of sluggish, but the qualities easily overcome this drawback.
