- It's the year 3000 AD. The world's most dangerous women are banished to a remote asteroid 45 million light years from earth. Kira Murphy doesn't belong; wrongfully accused of a crime she did not commit, she's thrown in this interplanetary prison and left to her own defenses. But Kira's a fighter, and soon she finds herself in the middle of a female gang war; where everyone wants a piece of the action... and a piece of her! "Caged Heat 3000" takes the Women-in-Prison genre to a whole new level... and a whole new galaxy!—Concorde - New Horizons (with permission).

[Opening credits over blurred video images of a girl being assaulted by three girls and a man in yellow uniform]
Kira Murphy (CASSANDRA LEIGH as Lisa Boyle) sees the images on a control camera left unguarded by three guards in yellow uniforms, who are playing dice close by. approaches three black girls who are playing dice. Linda goes to the place where the naked and bloody body of the Rape Victim (TAMERA CLEMMINS), and closes her eyes.
Aboard the U.S.V. Airship Tiberius 7, there is a cocktail for the press. Reporter Vas Deferon (Cliff Henderson) is getting ready for Dillon's "show".
The airship lands on the asteroid Messalina 4, Tybor Galaxy, where Commissioner Dillon presents the reporters with his creation, the best female correctional facility in the entire sector. His main objective is cutting staff expenses, in an underground facility entirely built in hard rock - because the planet has no atmosphere. He is opening to be elected Quadron Commander for his achievement.
Mining Section 7-A, Uranium ore deposits, D-Block Prisoner Section. The permanent camera vigilance shows Kira Murphy (CASSANDRA LEIGH 1,70 m) reaching the place where Linda and two companions, also black girls, identified with a blue lozenge on their upper chests, are playing dice. They stand up, and attack the unwelcome, silent visitor. Fighter #1 (LYNETTE JENKINS) goes down with a high kick, one punch, and an open-fracture when Kira applies a nasty arm lock, and the black girl faints in pain. Fighter #2 (MIRAGE MICHEAUX) is also knocked out quickly by a punch and a kick. Linda (CARRIE JEAN MEEKS) pulls a knife and roars at Kira, who does her best to evade several attacks in the small space available.
There are cameras everywhere - but the guards tend to doze off on duty. So the fight is being transmitted live when Larry Dillon (MARK ALLYN SIKES) enters the control room with the TV crew, as part of his campaign for his election. A reporter asks the Commissioner, "Is this supposed to be happening?" as he points to the screen.
Kira gets Linda in a reverse strangle hold, and with a grip on the 20 cm blade, and turns the knife towards Linda's belly, forcing her to stab herself a dozen of times, before she drops the 20 cm knife. The Commissioner laughs embarrassed, and tries to prevent the TV camera from recording the scene. As he ushers the reporters out, he leaves his deputy, Lewis (DON YANAN), to take care of things, "discreetly". Lewis watches the screen in time to see Linda dead, and Kira sliding to the ground, too, moaning as if taken by an orgasm. Lewis is masturbating with his right hand (off camera) while the Computer (Colleen Cochran - voice only) processes a "DNA analysis" and identifies the killer as "Kira Murphy".
Galaxina (DEBBIE DE ROSA) of Channel 69, is reporting on the Commissioner's successful campaign for Quadrant Commander, with 34% at the polls.
Meanwhile, the Commissioner is speaking his mind to Kira for the embarrassment she caused him. To wipe off the "incident", for them, Lisa - who had been responsible for the drugs trafficking in the cell block - never existed. However, Lewis decides that Kira is to be sent elsewhere.
Kira is sent off to D-Block Confinement. First, she is subjected to the bald Reitman's (Robert J. Ferrelli) experimentation with electroshock on her body, applied via metal breast-cups and sex-string. Lewis confides to Reitman that he expects Murphy to kill Daly, a black lawyer, before she ends her prison sentence, and that the black girls terminate Murphy.
So, Murray the Mohawk (Marco Black) places Kira in the same cell with Daly (KENA LAND), who reads law books in cell. Daly is not talking much, but she accepts the new girl without trouble.
Kira takes her first shower scene, and her nude body is eyed over by three white girls, and by Candy (Hilary Cummings), a shy, tall girl with two braids of hair.
Three guards talk, while two of them are preparing Linda's body for burial. They tell that Mohawk that he did not like Linda, so he should like Kira...
Kira is accosted by 5 black girls. Their leader, Ruggs (Zaneta Polard) says: "You took Linda out... Linda was my partner. She made sure that things were sweet to me around here. I bet you didn't know that." Kira headbutts her, and as the other girls surround her to beat her up, a guard appears, and stops the action.
On the first visit to the snack room, Kira is served a small portion by the black girl behind the counter. Patch (Catherine Guard), a big white girl with a patch on he left eye, scares Candy, and takes the food off her tray. Candy cowers away, and sits by the silent Kira. Next, Kira is approached by the white girl's queen bee, Billie (DEBRA BEATTY), who tries to impress the newcomer: "You've got a lot of spark." Kira actually humiliates Billie in front of everybody, putting her in an arm-lock, and forcing her face onto a dish. From then on, Kira is left on her own, and "D-Block is no place to be alone", as Billie says on her way out.
Ruggs (Zaneta Polard ) and her cell companion, Lude (Lyn Ross) a black girl with her hair tainted yellow, are forced out of the cell. Murray finds a sachet of drugs hidden in the cell toilet, and takes it, warning Ruggs: "If I don't get mine, you don't have yours."
Kira wants to know if somebody has ever escaped out of D-Block. Her cell companion tells her no, and explains her philosophy: "Around here they think a woman has only two ways to get things: on her back, or with her fists. There's a third way: using her mind."
Mohawk and another guard are sexually assaulting a girl (Kira, seen in silhouette only), before he sends her "to the cruel mines".
Kira walks through a mine full of women in several stages of degradation and drug consumption. Billie welcomes her - as if they were still good friends - and presents her her team: Mac (Bonnie Aarons) who's "living a double life", Mercedes (Abby Vinson) "who just can't stand a nigger" and has a cross painted between the breasts, Semi (Paula Bellamy), Patch, and Lucy (Kellee Sweeney), a curly blonde... Billie invites Kira to do some mining with a drilling machine with a long metal hand. Kira starts working with it on the tunnel wall, but Billie keeps making jokes on her. When she suggests that Kira killed Linda out of a lover's quarrel, Kira stops working, returns the driller to Billie, forcibly, and turns around to walk away.
Mercedes stops her. Kira knocks her out with a right to the face, a back hand punch to the face, and a high kick that breaks her nose in a brief, one-sided fight. Billie and the others stay put.
In the recreation room, Patch, Lucy, and Semi attack Candy who is standing guard at the recreation room. Candy manages to call out a warning to Kira. who is doing push-ups with a metal bar, stretched on her back on a bench. "You go down, bitch!" screams Lucy. Kira stands up swiftly, and swirls the metal bar, hitting Lucy across the ribs. The woman screams, and falls on her back. Semi produces a knife, and dances around taunting and menacing Kira: "Come on!" Kira does come to her, swinging her formidable weapon. She strikes forward with the staff end to the brunette's midriff, taking the air out of her lungs, then unmercifully she breaks her jaw with two blows, one sideways, and one upwards that lifts the girl up, to crash on the floor, dead.
Patch is also yielding a knife, a bit unwilling to come forward, but seeing as Lucy stands up on Kira's back with a knife, she gains courage and attacks. Kira pokes her hard on the belly, but then Lucy cuts Kira's back. Kira screams, turns around and swirls the metal bar, breaking the girl's neck with it. Next, Patch rushes her again, but Kira trips her and hits her on the back, and Patch falls screaming as she falls on her knife, stabbing herself to death. The result is that Kira is put in handcuffs again.
Dillon is going to be absent for a while, in a political tour, and Reitman stays in full command. He decides to punish Kira "in the coffin" for three hours, while he plays with a mice.
Meanwhile, in the shower room, a discussion between topless girls serves to establish that Daly is an important inmate, because she knows how to complain if they have not enough food.
Reitman strips nude, comes up behind Billie., puts riding crop between her teeth, then turns around and has her spank him with it. When he is hard enough, he pushes her against the wall and has anal sex with her, biting her right ear. The girl is left sobbing.
Daly looks for Billie in the recreation room. She has a plea for her, but no reply yet, and Billie is not pleased. Daly says that Kira is in her cell, but she doesn't want any complications because of her.
At last, Kira and a couple of other girls, are seen in coffins, "as if they are napping" - in the words of a leering redhead male guard who wants to rape Kira. His senior, blond colleague talks him out of it, and explains the psychological torture the girls are going through in their coffins. However, as they watch, the Med Tec (Christian Pugh) falls in temptation, strips and rapes Kira in her coffin - as his "disdemeanour" is registered by a security camera. Two mice are shown, somewhere, but not in the coffins.
[subjective camera] Someone enters the black quarters of D-Block, making a number of girls step aside in awe. It's Billie, who comes to invite Ruggs to "the recreation room at 8 o'clock". Ruggs is both surprised and pleased.
A redhead girl in red shoes is on a platform, being subjected to some torture and serving as a strip show for Reitman, the Med Tec, Mohawk and a couple of guards. A hairy, topless man, The Whip (Moon), appears with a whip to fuck her. Suddenly, Lewis returns, angry because he has been told that Kira had been put in isolation for three days - against his orders "to keep her in Daly's cell at all times", he shouts at Reitman. As he spells it out, "The lamb who sleeps with the lion, eventually one day does not wake up!"
The peace talks in the recreation room between the black and the white gangs take place. Ruggs decides to offer Kira to Billie. Billie pleads with Ruggs: "I'd appreciate if you cut her up really slow."
Kira is let out of the coffin by Reitman, and then given some food by Mohawk.
Kira is sent to the Hydroponics Centre for work duty, where she is welcomed by Bella Delgado, "Tuesday to my friends" (Charlene Bell), who's going out on parole "on March 8, 2129" - a Tuesday... Daly is also present, and introduces Kira to Kelly and Ice (ELLYN DAWN HUMPHREYS), and Eden Forester, (Leslie Redden) the one who keeps blabbing. They seem protective of her, and Bella even offers Kira an arm chair to sit in the midst of the vegetables stalls. The Computer Voice calls her to the infirmary, and she shows her back wounds to the other girls before going.
Later, Kira is back to her cell with Daly, who explains she got 20 years, but had claimed the law used against her was unconstitutional, and won her plea against it, so she was going to be released in seven days. Linda says that she got two years, "They say it was assault and battery, I say it was self defense." Kira knew of a young junkie who was sent to her prison, and she saw Linda and her girls holding Linda down while she was raped by a male guard, then beating her to death. [Flashback, repeat of the opening scene] She claims she doesn't even remember what followed - and yet she says "I may have stabbed Linda about fifty times".
Ruggs, Lude and another girl, set out to ambush Kira at the time the lights are turned off, but they are overheard by Candy.
black girl, brings her two boxes with plants that Kira did not ask for, come into the gardening area. She throws the boxes down, and produces a knife. A male guard is watching, but he is clobbered on the head from behind by another black girl, and KO'ed.
Daly interrupts Daly when she is giving some advice to a sobbing girl, and tells her that Ruggs and her girls are going to attack Kira.
Kira fights Schitzo (LISA SALAZAR), a brunette with a tattoo on her left upper arm, who tries to stab her several times, and knocks her down with a hard punch to the belly. Kira's attention turns to another attacker, and Lude stabs her in the back.
On her way to the scene, Billie delays Daly, saying "There was a problem here, but it has been settled." Daly clobbers her down with a wood stick. Meanwhile, even wounded, Kira knocks down the other black girl, Gina, with high kicks.
Daly reaches the gardening area and shouts out at Ruggs and the other girls, namely Dice and Gina (uncredited by these names), for ganging up on a single woman. Daly accuses Ruggs of being the troublemaker, so, it's up to her to face up with Kira, one-on-one. Ruggs can't back out of the fight Kira, and after some punishment punches and kicks given and taken, she is knocked down and out.
Back to their cell, Daly explains how Ruggs feels, she's serving two life sentences, and she had not handed a weapon before being imprisoned. She had been a leader of the Andromeda Freedom Fighters Movement, and was arrested on false evidence planted by the police. Daly says she could have escaped if she had had a good lawyer... Now she only has her pride to live for, because she has lost Linda, who was her drugs provider, which had made Ruggs very popular among her sisters.
Next day, Ruggs, her head bandaged, is being interrogated by Lewis. She blames Kira and Daly for the fight. When she goes back to her section, she finds that her pals Lude and Gina no longer respect her. Next, the two girls go to Daly's Hydroponics Centre to offer peace to the girls who were protecting Kira.
Ruggs and Billie are feeling alone, and outclassed in their miff with Kira. Ruggs sets a plan. Billie finds Candy alone in the showers, and kills her with multiple stabbings. Candy screams out loud, but there is no one to hear her.
Kira is desperate when she sees the guards transporting Candy's body. She wants to attack Ruggs and Billie when they mocked her, but Daly restrains her.
Lewis menaces Daly, and tells her he is going to accuse her of murder, to keep her in jail for 20 years more.
Daly meets Ruggs and Billie, and tells them to leave Kira alone, as she is a girl who knows to take care of herself, and that they would better find a good lawyer.
Lewis and Reitman are waiting for Dillon's next visit, while a blonde dominatrix and a nude white woman in a leather head harness put on a S&M show for them.
The Commissioner invites another group of journalists to his perfect prison compound. He speaks wonders about the highest convictions rate in his section, and the girls are happy for once having plenty of chicken and fresh apples and oranges for lunch. The Announcer (Ron Jeremy) in the radio cabin receives a note from Ruggs, and accordingly, he reads out over the public system: «Inmate Murphy to report to Medical Lab» and two minutes later, «Inmate Daly to report to Hydroponics». Bella and Eden are sitting with Mira and Daly, and talking about what they can do when they get - Eden dreaming of what she will do to a man she will chooses. Daly defends her idea of returning to Earth, "They say that Earth has the most beautiful sky one can imagine."
Daly hears her call to go to the Hydroponics Centre, and is about to leave, when Kira offers to go in her place. Kira returns to the table with a new serve - and hears the call for Murphy to go to the Medical center. Daly hurries to the Hydroponics Centre, "to cover for her", but Kira has also heard the loudspeaker call, and returned to the cafeteria in a hurry.
Billie and Ruggs are in ambush for Kira, and see Daly instead. Ruggs throws a white shit over Daly's head, and Billie stabs her repeatedly in the chest, blood squashing everywhere. Kira discovers her friend wounded, and sends two girls to call for help.
Dillon and Reitman understood something was going wrong, and Dillon orders to keep the guests in the cafeteria room. Then they go with some guards to the corridor where Kira is trying to stop the blood oozing out of Daly's body. Reitman accuses her of stabbing Daly, but Kira has witnesses, and confronts the authorities. The Med Tec attends to Daly, and a couple of girls calm Kira down.
Left alone with the other girls in the cafeteria, the journalists are taking the girls free version of what the prison conditions are actually like - and the security cameras bring that live to Dillon, who orders a complete lock down. Yet, Greekona (Dominice Laplanche) is one of the girls to tell live on TV that the prisoners are jailed illegally.
Kira refuses to go to her cell, and a riot starts. A guard with long hair and a beard (Monte McEvilley) incites the other guards to beat the girls back to the cells, and a number of female inmates attack an even number of male guards. There are close ups of women beating up men.
Kira is intercepted alone by a tall Asian guard, with long hair and a shotgun. They fight, and Kira knocks him out with punches and kicks, and leaves, taking his gun.
Billie is worried, but Ruggs calms her down. "Nothing happened," she says, meaning that no one saw them killing Daly. Kira appears at the door, just in time to overhear them. Billie attacks her, but she knocks her out with a kick and a a blow with the cross of the gun.
Ruggs disarms her Kira with a high-kick, and they fight hand to hand, both using karate punches and kicks, punishing each other - as the riot goes on. Kira wins the fight when she takes up the gun again, and hits Ruggs with it.
Their fight is stopped by Reitman and some guards holding guns. There's a stand off, and - with the reporters recording the event, Kira forces Billie to confess to their crimes, and expose the direct culprits for crimes. Ruggs is still defiant, though.
Galaxina reports on her news show that the revolt has been quashed by the efficient Comissioner Dillon. Dillon manages to put a last word for the show, "Justice will prevail. You may count on it."
"Hello from Channel 69. I'm Galaxina, and this has just arrived. Commissioner Larry Dillon, candidate to Quadrant Commander, and Director Lewis, of the A-4 Female Penal Colony, have just been accused of crimes associated with the unjust and immoral treatment of the criminally challenged."
Daly walks out with her left arm in bandages and a walking stick. The Med Tec helps her carry the lot of books she head in her cell. She says her goodbye to the ever cynical Reitman. Then, Daly says her tearful goodbye to Kira, enjoying her to stay out of trouble for the remainder of her prison sentence. Daly expects that with the media exposure, her court appeal will bring Kira's conditional release pretty soon.
