Storyline
Plot Summary |
In an unnamed, broken-down city somewhere near the Canadian border, three violent men seem destined to come into conflict. Detective Cameron Quinn is searching for the man who killed his partner. Vicious mobster Jimmy Murtha may be the killer, but he's busy looking after old friend Danny Rooney, who just did three years in prison for a crime Murtha committed.
