He was in the Secret Service. Now he's battling it. And he's still on the side of the law. Ex-Secret Service agent Harry Kowa now works as a bodyguard. His boss is Sander, the head of the arms control commission who's about to crack down on German companies dealing illegally abroad. When Sander is shot, Kowa kills one of the attackers, who turns out to be a government agent - Now it's open season on Kowa: he's nearly murdered in jail, his daughter is blown to bits, and the only man who can help him is an ex-colleague from former East Germany's notorious Secret Police.
