- In a small village, the long feud between the clans Kamalvandi and Jamalvandi is about to finish with the marriage of Mehrbanou and Karamat. However, during the wedding party, Karamat humiliates Mehrbanou and offends the Kamalvandi clan, and their patriarch Pir Baba that had arranged the wedding dies. A couple of days later, Karamat buys a large van to transport the locals to the city. However, the stubborn Mehrbanou does not allow people from her clan to use that means of transportation, and they have to walk.
