Not Very Thrilling
I thought production of Oswald the Lucky Rabbit cartoons had ended the previous year, with a brief revival in 1944, although he survived as a comic book character, originally for DC and later for Dell, at least into the 1960s.
This cartoon, recounting Oswald's trip with his car and new trailer to Paradise Valley, is, as I have indicated, thoroughly old fashioned. It is a synchronized rather than voiced cartoon, with a song "Get a Trailer" featuring throughout. The animation is strictly "rubber hose" throughout, with every object subject to enormous elasticity and the car and trailer are both characters with large cartoon eyes. Paradise Valley turns out to be two very craggy mountains with badly maintained roads which Oswald and his cohort must traverse. There is some thrill comedy attached, but it's all strictly for the kids.
