Pro wrestler John Cena may be a tough guy on screen and in the ring, but it hasn't always been the case. Cena recently admitted that he "was bullied as a kid.”
The star shared how he was teased for liking rap and dressing like a hip hop artist, but now he’s trying to help others.
To celebrate individuality, Cena teamed up with Crocs on their "Come As You Are" campaign -- taking a trip to the famous Muscle Beach in Venice, California, to counsel young people about being bullied.
"If you could confront all those people from your past, what would you say to them?" Cena asked.
The campaign aims to celebrate uniqueness and inspire everyone to feel comfortable in their own shoes.

If Arnold Schwarzenegger wants to become a U.S. Senator, he’d better hope those casting their ballots in the election weren’t also recently polled by the Q Scores Company. The consumer appeal measurement group’s latest results show Schwarzenegger’s Positive Q Scores are down from a year ago. Perhaps the Muscle Beach legend shouldn’t have taken over the “Celebrity Apprentice” gig from Donald Trump. Among adults 18 and older, the “Kindergarten Cop” star’s Positive Q Score dropped from 18 percent to 14 percent, TheWrap has learned. Basically, that means 18 percent of respondents to the Q Scores Company’s year-ago questionnaire said Schwarzenegger ranked.

Adam Sandler wants to take you back to 1994, when Tower Records was still a booming business, Muscle Beach was the ultimate summer spot in L.A., and he was a promising rising star on “Saturday Night Live.” It’s in front of this backdrop that Sandler brings us “Sandy Wexler,” his latest comedy about showbiz that takes place at the same time he was starting to make his name in it. Did someone call for a strange style showdown before Iggy Azalea and Rita Ora took to their respective stages? Because we can't imagine anything but a dare leading to either of these hot mess designs! Both the Aussie rapper and the British pop star stepped out for a show in Santa Monica wearing costumes that we can barely make sense of, so this time it's a face-off to see whose fashion is less miserable! Up first is the "Fancy" singer in what can only be described as Barbie's weightlifting scuba suit. That bubble gum pink color in such a skintight cut is just plain weird. Is summer's hottest star about to pump some iron on Muscle Beach after she finishes her show? Then again, that...

To celebrate the third instalment of the action adventure, we're imagining a prequel by travelling back in time to bring you some classic photographs of the film's main stars.
So here are 15 heyday snaps of Stallone, Schwarzenegger, Snipes and Lundgren looking like young, bicep-bulging mean machines.
Be prepared...

When ya see a guy the size of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson … one obvious question pops in your head, but whatever you do -- do Not ask it out loud … as our camera guy learned. The Rock -- so damn huge he's playing "Hercules" -- was in NYC Tuesday when our pap fell into gym meathead mode and asked, "How much are you benching?" You gotta see Rock's initial reaction to the question (which he...

“Magic Mike” star Alex Pettyfer might want to pump some heavier iron before he shows his now heavily bearded face at Venice's Muscle Beach again. The actor found himself in a bit of a hostile exchange with a few resident muscle heads — people you probably rather not have hostile exchanges with. Also read: Rosie O'Donnell Responds to Elisabeth Hasselbeck With Rehash of ‘View’ Torture Fight TMZ posted a video Saturday of the “Lee Daniels‘ The Butler” star engaging in an argument with a few bodybuilders by the boardwalk. Apparently, the whole thing began when passerby Pettyfer asked “How much you lift?...

We know Rita Ora is just wearing a costume for a music video shoot, but this look is giving us an odd combo of the creeps and inspiration to hit the gym! That Barbie pink bodysuit is a total Muscle Beach uniform. The "I Will Never Let You Down" singer looks prepped to pump some iron then jazzercise it out for extra cardio. But something about the slick, plastic jacket is very American Psycho. Maybe we've been watching way too many horror films, but isn't a raincoat exactly what a clever killer wears? There's no denying that the "How We Do" singer's body looks slammin' in this bright-colored combo, but in addition to the workout queen vs. killer thing, it's still a total oxymoron...

Bodybuilding legend Lou Ferrigno insists that his interpretation of the Incredible Hulk remains the definitive version of the iconic green superhero. Read why he prefers the human element over special effects.
Lou Ferrigno was one of the most famous bodybuilders of the 20th century, coming to the public’s attention as Arnold Schwarzenegger’s rival in the documentary Pumping Iron. But he reached his greatest fame under lots of green body-paint and an emerald wig, playing Dr. Banner’s jade alter ego in the TV series The Incredible Hulk (1977-1982) as well as some TV movie spin-offs, featuring Daredevil and Thor. He’s had cameo appearances in the two cinematic Hulk movies, as well as providing the Hulk’s voice in The Avengers movie, (“Puny God!”) but Ferrigno still maintains that his was the best and most definitive version of the popular Marvel character.

Apart from the three sneak screening titles that will stir up the buzz in the coming days, Julie Huntsinger and Tom Luddy’s 40th edition of the Telluride Film Festival excels in bringing a concentration of solid docus from the likes of Errol Morris and Werner Herzog who this year cuts the ribbon on a theatre going by his name and introduces Death Row, a pinch of Berlin Film Fest items (Gloria, Slow Food Story, Fifi Howls from Happiness) Palme d’Or winner (this year Abdellatif Kechiche will be celebrated), upcoming Sony Pictures Classics items (Tim’s Vermeer, The Lunchbox), Venice to Telluride to Tiff titles (Bethlehem, Tracks and Under the Skin), the latest Jason Reitman film (Labor Day) and the barely known docu-home-movie whodunit (by helmers Dan Geller and Dayna Goldfine) The Galapagos Affair: Satan Came to Eden which features narration from the likes of Cate Blanchett, Diane Kruger and Connie Nielsen.

Maverick director best known for his film of Ulysses – widely seen as a noble failure
There must be something quixotic about a director who sets out to make a film of James Joyce's Ulysses. A passionate Joycean, Joseph Strick, who has died aged 86, was undeterred by the challenge and the obstacles: "Even before I made it, people were saying it was unfilmable. I think the truth is, some people just find the book unreadable."
The iconoclastic Strick first envisaged an 18-hour version, faithful to every word, but unsurprisingly he could not get anyone to finance it. When the final two-hour version, shot in Dublin, was completed in 1967, it fell foul of censorship – just like the novel. The British Board of Film Censors requested 29 cuts to remove sexual references from Molly Bloom's final, expletive-laden soliloquy. Strick obliged by replacing all of the offending footage with a blank screen and a high-pitched shrieking sound.

Although he was best known for tackling such seemingly unfilmable works of literature as James Joyce's Ulysses, Henry Miller's Tropic of Cancer and Jean Genet's The Balcony, Joseph Strick did earn an Academy Award for Best Documentary Short Subject in 1971 for Interviews with My Lai Veterans. He died June 1 in Paris of congested heart failure at age 86.
