- A man takes his gay son Rick to a world-famous therapist known for curing homosexuality. Using hypnosis and sexy women, the Dr. introduces Ricky to some rod-raising heterosexual treatments to convert him from a gay man to a straight stud.
- Rick has a problem, or at least his Dad thinks so. Rick is a gay man, so Rick's Dad sends him to Dr. Karloff, a world-renowned psychiatrist who specializes in converting gay men into straight studs. Dr. Karloff suggests massive doses of therapeutic heterosexual sex to cure Ricky of his homosexuality. Dr. Karloff explains to Rick's father that there is no hormonal or anatomical difference between gay men and straight men, only a subconscious psychological difference that can be changed through therapy. Hypnotherapy is used to reorient gay men's minds. While under hypnosis, Dr. Karloff convinces gay men to embrace an attraction to women and admit the superiority of vaginal sex over anal sex. Women then have sex with the hypnotized gay men as part of the treatment. Under Dr. Karloff's watchful guidance, poor Ricky is subjected to one rod-raising vaginal treatment after another. Rick learns to love these heterosexual encounters, having sex with the most beautiful women modern science has to offer. Rick becomes a straight man in no time, making his father proud and giving Dr. Karloff another success story. Rick's treatment is a little too successful and he ends up having sex with his brother Ron's girlfriend Lynn. Rick's father intervenes in the situation, convincing a woman named Rosie to seduce Ron. After Rosie seduces Ron, they get together as a couple, allowing Ricky and Lynn to become a happy heterosexual couple. Rick no longer identifies as a gay man or even a bisexual man, but as a heterosexual man. Rick promises to Lynn that he will never be a homosexual again and Lynn mentions the possibility that Rick could soon become a father.
