a rare murder movie but uninteresting Warning: Spoilers
I finally just saw this murder movie from 1953 directed by Dimitri Kirsanoff. I don't remember having seen any good movie by him, I'll have to check. But this one isn't very brilliant, even quite boring : the story is good, the sets are excellent (the great Douarinou worked in a castle in Louveciennes) and Roger Fellous created brilliant cinematography (just one question : is Roger from the same family than Maurice?).

But what is really bad is the casting, especially Henri Guisol who is always static, he even often falls to sleep. He spoils the whole movie which is very slow and really boring because of him. Only Raymond Pellegrin has more real presence than the others.
