When the Grinch is rearranging the mail, a package falls on the ground. In the next shot the package is gone.
When the Grinch finished loading his sled, he had turned all the Christmas lights off. As he was trying to take off, all the lights were on, but his sled stalled. His second attempt of taking off all the lights were off again.

Even though the movie is rated PG, the PG-13 rating screen appears at the end of the movie. However, this may only be on the original VHS and DVD release.
When The Grinch sends out moths to destroy the stockings via flying to them and eating them up.
This is a common thing in popular culture shown about moths. In reality, moths may eat fabrics as larvae, not in their adulthood.
When the Grinch was taking all the presents from the homes in Whoville he took Martha May's ring off of the nightstand. Later she comes sliding down the sack of the presents stolen by the Grinch and hands the Mayor back his ring. She is sliding off the sack because she was retrieving the ring from the sack.
Noticeably, during the Grinch's flashback when May-Who and the rest of the Grinch's classmates, except Martha, burst out laughing at the Grinch's predicament, even Miss Rue-Who, the teacher, is giggling along. In real life, if students are acting so mean-spirited to a certain student, the teacher would actually scold them not to do so. However, this might have been put in the script on purpose to give another very good reason why the Grinch hates the Whos so much.

When Cindy Lou is at the Grinch's home for first time, she knocks on the door but the sound is different.
An overview shot of The Grinch building the sled reveals the camera's shadow.
"The Grinch hated Christmas! The whole Christmas season!
Now, please don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason."
Despite this, the larger part of the film is devoted to showing us why the Grinch hates Christmas.
Young Augustus May Who mocks the Grinch, remarking that he's eight years old and has a beard. In reality, men do not grow facial hair until the age of at least thirteen.
Although this is true of humans, the Grinch is not a human. He is a Grinch. The Whos are also not human. Human biology is entirely irrelevant to this film.
Also the character is bullying the Grinch. Bullies are mean, and Augustus is purposely being mean to the Grinch by pointing out something unflattering and different about him. It's part of the film's character development.

The Grinch's parents should have taken the Grinch to the hospital after seeing him bite off part of the Santa cookie plate.
Parents can be neglectful or in denial of their children's issues. The Grinch's parents, as depicted in this film, are neglectful. What they "should" have done can be debated, but the plot of this film contains neglectful parents who don't make the best decisions. If they had taken the Grinch to the hospital at that point, it would be a different movie.
