Mikey's friends, the Goonies, have been kidnapped by the Fratellis, an Italian family of small-time crooks and counterfeiters. Mikey must rescue all six of his friends and free a captured mermaid named Annie.

| Plot Summary |
Basically a loose continuation of the original film and in turn the original Japan released/US coin-op only of the popular Goonies. Part 2 finds the villains of the first film, The Fratelli's out of jail again and out for revenge. They've kidnapped all the Goonies but Mikey and have also captured a mermaid friend of theirs named Annie. So now in the game its up to Mikey to go through all the tricks and traps set by the Fratellis and also venture into caves and caverns to save the rest of the Goonies and Annie the mermaid. Great fun, highly underrated.
