Plot Summary

Brahim is a lawyer involved in the national movement which is responsible for finding his brother, leader of the guerrillas to convince him to lay down arms, a necessary condition for negotiations with the French. François is an ethnologist convinced by Pierre Mendes France's policy of changing his method and paving the way for peace.
