- Mara and Jane were friends in college. Mara goes jogging one day and runs into Jane and they rekindle their friendship. Jane works as a secretary and is now married to the only man she's ever been with, Mara's ex-boyfriend Wilson, and she's faithful to him. Mara on the other hand is an up and coming writer, who enjoys her independence and has a very liberal view of sex. She has an open sexual relationship with two straight guys with whom she has threesomes on a regular basis, but she's still thinking about Wilson as well as Jane herself with whom she experimented in college. Mara and Jane begin meeting at Mara's place on a regular basis to exercise together and Mara warns her that her husband's libido is so great that there's no way he isn't cheating on her in secret. Jane follows him to a bar one day and realizes the truth. Shaken, she decides to have sex with her virgin boss. His sister comes to visit and catches them in the act. Shocked and overwhelmed, she joins them and goes down on her brother. Jane is so disturbed by everything that's been happening recently, that she leaves her cheating husband and moves in with Mara. Mara calls her male friends to comfort Jane and decides to go and rekindle her sexual relationship with Wilson in the meanwhile. However, Mara soon realizes that the only way for both her and Jane to be happy is to share Wilson as well as each other.
