Fine acting and direction, plus archive footage filler
lor_25 October 2019
This is a mixed bag in the series, as director Henri Pachard/Ron Sullivan pokes fun at the story premise, fills with old shot-on-film scenes from earlier editions, but shows his professional skill by eliciting fine performances from John Leslie & company.

Leslie is in the hospital, suffering from amnesia, but fortunately has some sexy nurses to service his (sexual) needs, including Shanna McCullough and Nikki Knights. His quest to rediscover who he is alternates with the story of folks he left behind, principally Joey Silvera, who as Lenny plays an "Of Mice and Men" parodied relationship with Jack (carrying on the format of Leslie and Richard Pacheco in the original movie that started it all plus its sequel "Nothing to Hide").

Lenny works in a bar run by Ona Zee, and is constantly pining for the return of Jack (Leslie), while being bullied and humiliated by a cruel barfly George (another reference to "Of Mice and Men") well-played by NonSex actor Howard Darkley.

At the hospital, doctor Jon Martin and nurse Sharon Kane offer delightful comedy relief with fast-paced delivery of dialog worthy of an old Howard Hawks movie. As a fellow patient, Alexandria Greco is very sympathetic as a lost soul that Leslie befriends.

The old footage dredged up includes two fleeting XXX scenes from "Talk Dirty to Me", featuring Chris Cassidy and Jesie St. James, as well as glimpses of actresses from "Talk Dirty to Me Part III", including Crystal Breeze and footage from the re-shoot (to replace underage Traci Lords) Lisa De Leeuw.
