This movie is superb. It is horribly intelligent yet never stops being funny. Certain scenes such as mingling with a cop distributing parking tickets lives on with me forever. The composition of the film is beautiful, and yet stays in line with everything we expect a Canadian film to be, yet I believe would even be appealing to those American Viewers. It;s resolution is ambiguous which is to be expected but at the same time seems to resolve things in the same irony which engulfs the film. It is a very lovely film and it is a shame that copies are not more readily available for distribution! If anyone knows where to get one I would love to know!
