Simple martial arts demonstration captured on tape

Warning: Spoilers
TIGER AND CRANE SHAOLIN KUNG FU is a straightforward martial arts demonstration documentary that clocks in at just under an hour in length. A narrator accompanies the real-life martial arts master Chiu Chi Ling as he demonstrates various forms of the titular kung fu style and shows the ways that they may be used in self-defence. There's no more to it than that, so it's a good idea to know what you're getting into with this.

As a training video this is simple enough and the quality is good enough for it to be used as a decent aid. Ling certainly knows his stuff and impresses with his physical skills and perfect demonstrations of the form. I'd never heard of him beforehand but I see now that he has had a long career of appearances in mainly Hong Kong kung fu movies. You could do worse than spending an hour in his company.
