- Aladdin can be seen attacking the Sultans guards without his sword by throwing apples at them, also jumping on them and even swing kicking them.
- In the market stand the Apple seller attacks Aladdin with his sword while Aladdin jumps on him and knocks him out.
- Aladdin can be seen attacking bats and snakes and scorpions with apples or jumping on them.
- Aladdin can get hurt by barrels thrown by the guards, or the guards shooting arrows at him, snakes, in Agrabah.
- In the cave of wonders level the stalactites and spikes, bats, scorpions, magic swords and the skeleton can hurt Aladdin.
- In the cave of wonders after Aladdin gets the oil lamp and Abu the monkey touches the Gem, the cave collapses and Aladdin is attacked by fire balls, lava geysers, but if Aladdin touches the lava twice, he will die and lose a life. Also while Aladdin and Abu is escaping on the flying carpet, they are chased by a lava tidal wave and rocks are falling on them. If the lava wave touches them or the falling rocks hit them or if they hit the ceiling or floor, they will crash, fall down and die and lose a life.
- Aladdin can fall down the pits to his death or drown losing a life.
- The floating pots, the whirlwinds inside the Genies world can hurt Aladdin.
- Inside the pyramid sand birds, guards arrows and spinning swords, spikes, spike traps can also hurt Aladdin.
- In Jafars Palace Lago the bird with his skulls dropping on Aladdin can hurt him. Also guards running after Aladdin and thier arrows and spinning swords, magic swords and the wall of fire, chandelier spikes and the floor spikes can hurt Aladdin.
- In the final boss against Jafars first form, Jafar with his magic staff can hurt Aladdin by throwing his snake staff into the ground shooting lightning and causing floating pots to appear and Jafar diving towards Aladdin can hurt him. In Jafars second snake form he can spit eggs out of his mouth and strike directly at Aladdin or cause him to touch the flame under him.
- Aladdin can jump on Jafar as a wizard and as a snake knocking him out but Jafar the Snake will strike Aladdin and attempt to squeeze Aladdin.

- The SNES music can be frightening.
- The opening scene with Kazeem getting swallowed up by the Tiger God can be disturbing to little kids.
- The scene with the Cave of Wonders collapsing with lava flowing and even during the escape on the flying carpet ride with the lava wave and falling rocks falling around can be a little scary for little kids.
- Jafar in this game is considered to be a very creepy vizar even disguised as an old man and when he became a wizard.
- Jafar in his snake form can be scary for little kids. Also the scene with Jafar trying to squeeze Aladdin and turning into an evil genie can be scary for little kids.
- Recommend ESRB rating: Rated E-10+ for mild suggestive themes, mild violence, mild peril, mild intense and scary scenes.
