Storyline
Plot Summary |
Sally Featherstone is engaged to Loring Jones, a young artist, her father objects, having other plans for his daughter. The young lady pays no attention to this paternal opposition, and she and Loring arrange to have the young Rev. Reed, an old college chum, perform the ceremony in Jones' studio. Loring's next door neighbor, a modiste also having the name of Jones, purchases a wardrobe which is delivered by mistake at the studio. Father Featherstone follows the young people to the studio and Sally takes refuge in the wardrobe. While Father Featherstone is searching for his daughter, the furniture men call and transfer the wardrobe with Sally still inside, to its rightful owner. Later Loring and his friend crawl through the skylight next door and there the young couple are married while the irate father storms to his heart's delight in the studio.
