Romain, a real estate agent, is threatened with seizure by the bailiffs. The situation worsened when her grandmother's house came under threat of foreclosure by order of the bank "La Reynière", and through the intermediary of Master Grimbert. After a failed first attempt (seizure of La Reynière's property instead of Romain's grandmother), Master Grimbert set his sights on Romain and his neighborhood. He has only one solution: to become elusive and defend his neighborhood against the bailiffs. Only one method: learn the New Code of Civil Procedure and the Civil Code. And 3 rules to apply: Rule # 1: don't let them in Rule # 2: don't let them intimidate you Rule # 3: be persuasive. |
