Sex & Nudity

Violence & Gore

  • A considerable amount.
  • The commandos storm through the levels shooting down and killing various alien enemies with different kinds of guns. The M-80,000 Helios Bomb is a miniature A-bomb of sorts that massively damages or vaporizes anyone on-screen.
  • There are multiple moments where massive collateral damage is dealt to large bosses and structures with a lot of explosions (sometimes filling up the whole screen).
  • The very beginning of the game shows a complete obliteration of a city/metropolitan area by a hostile alien force.
  • The commandos fall over dead when killed by an enemy.

Profanity

  • The Japanese port of the game contains a line that translates to "Let's make the bastards pay!", but it is instead censored/changed in the American port as "Let's attack aggressively."

Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

Frightening & Intense Scenes

  • This game is notable for it's intense gameplay as the player has to constantly shoot at the terminator type robot enemies and monsters. Also the player is on a motorcycle while shooting at enemies and then grabbing at missiles which explode which makes this a hard game.
  • The entirety of the world is threatened by a violent alien invasion.
  • Many of the aliens' forms take on monstrous/demonic appearances.
