As far as I know, that's the only feature talking about doping affairs in the cycling sport. It's made like a documentary, very effectively done, with good characters played by very convincing actors. Gourmet is here a ruthless manager, nearly vicious and cynical sport supervisor who stops at anything to make his men win at all cost. We can watch everything that occurs in the hotel bedrooms, before and after races, how the athletes have to prepare themselves in order to avoid antidoping controls. How they slowly destroy their own health. How they are manipulated by their managers.
We can watch in the detail a world of cheat, lies and pain. After viewing this film, I can assure you'll never watch a bicycle race with the same eye. Never. Very realistic movie.
Terrific.
