READY, WILLING & ABLE is one of those ultra-cheap action thrillers released straight to video back in the 1990s. It reminded me a bit of the films that you see Gary Daniels appearing in but even cheaper if that's possible. The first half is rather slow, centred around a female protagonist who ends up in a wheelchair after being attacked by terrorists. She doesn't let this stop her however, despite finding prejudice against the disabled in the workplace. This feels more like a slow character study than a proper thriller, but things pick up in the second half when a gang of terrorists show up and she assembles a team to tackle them. There's not a great deal of action here but some fun over the top moments at the climax which are the only bits worth watching.
