Inspector Gadget, America's favorite mechanical moron, shows us three of his best cases, demonstrating how "well" his hi-tech, state of the art, gadgets work. Along for the ride is Penny, Brain, Chief Quimby, even Corporal Capeman and the evil Dr. Claw even stops by to try and eliminate Gadget.
