Plot Summary

Guillon, a young administrator is appointed by the French government in Ivory Coast to replace the former one, who has been assassinated. He is soon confronted to a caste oppressing the local peasants. By joining forces with the doctor and engineer he manages to restore calm. The oppressors then try terror.
