- While the Cat is doing a musical number in which he wears a fruit bra and hat, he sings about how his balls were cut off but the song cuts him off at "ba-, ba-..." and he never says it.
- Part of the cat's butt is shown in one scene. (however it's in CGI)
- In a deleted scene, the Cat goes down a slide while holding a nude photo of Conrad and Sally's mom, but sensitive features are covered with leaves.
- Comical suggestive content.
- The Cat reacts with interest when he sees a woman's photograph (it unfolds like a centerfold). He makes noises like "humina-humina-humina-humina, oooh". His hat grows longer (implying that he has an erection). When Conrad states that's his mother, he says, "Awkward", and his hat shrinks to normal size.
- The Cat admires a young woman (Paris Hilton) dancing. The woman wears a short top and small skirt (she has a bare abdomen and cleavage).
- The Cat is carrying a garden hoe in one scene and blurts out, "Dirty hoe" and then says, "I'm sorry baby I love you." He attempts to lick the garden hoe, but is interrupted. Played for comedic effect.
- When asked where he came from, the Cat states, "When a Mommy cat and a Daddy cat love each other very much, they decide---", but he is quickly stopped by Conrad.
Violence & Gore

- Conrad is thrown back by the cat but isn't shown where he landed (implied that he landed on the couch)
- Comic mayhem but no one get hurt.
- The cat chops his tail off.
- The Cat pulls out a cleaver, threatens a man, and then cuts his own tail in half (we see him with a bandage later).
- The Cat is hit many times by children with bats (they think he's a piñata), and once in the crotch (he screams).
- We see a video on TV of a man tackling another man in a Taiwanese Parliament meeting, others join in and we hear punches and yelling.
- The Cat punches an elephant's trunk. (we see the trunk and hear whimpering from within a sofa where they fight).
- The Cat threatens the children's dog with a garden hoe, stating "Time to die." (The way he says it doesn't sound very threatening, but rather comedic.)
- Quinn falls off a cliff in the house when it is transformed into the Mother of All Messes and into a river with purple goo. He later survives the fall.
Profanity

- In the cooking show theres a cat with a british accent saying the word "bloody"
- there are several dirty jokes that will most likely go right over young kids' heads
- Quinn says "Judas Priest" twice as an exclamation.
- A man gets frustrated with a dog in a car with food and says that he p***ed on his taco.
- When the Cat chops his tail, he stares at it and says, "Son of a-", but is bleeped off.
- When the Cat shows his car, The Super Luxurious Omnidirectional Whatchamajigger, nicknamed S.L.O.W. to the kids, he mentions the name of his old car, the Super Hydraulic Instantaneous Transporter, which meant that it's nickname was S.H.I.T., which Conrad almost says, but the Cat cuts him off.
- The Cat says to a gardening hoe "Dirty hoe... I'm sorry, baby. I love you."

- The mom tells the kids "No chewing tobacco!" as a house rule.
- In a deleted scene which can be found in the bonus features section on a DVD copy the cat is pretending to be a rug in a furniture store and someone drops a cigarette on him and it burns his fur.
- The purple stuff.
- The Cat mentions that the circus has drunken clowns with hepitatis.
- Quinn is shown eating a sandwich and drinking beer. In one scene he is carrying a 6 pack.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- The cat does act creepy sometimes. Thing 1 and Thing 2 can also look way too faithful from the book.
- The comic peril may intense for young viewers.
- One man yells, "YOU'RE FIRED!!!" two separate times in the beginning of the movie.
- A whimsical character named Mr. Humberfloob yells unusually loud at employees when they get fired.
- None/Mild for neurodivergent viewers.

- A cat drinks milk his inflation stomach like balloon cat's abdomen balloon and burping loudly.

- When their neighbour is angry that Conrad is disagreeing to go to military school the neighbour says "son of a-" but then Conrads mom comes in and he is interrupted
- When The cat and Conrad and Sally are on a rollercoaster in the Mother of all messes they pass a toilet on fire the cat says I think you should hold it because the fire really burns my- he was about to say the a word but couldn't as they fell down the rollercoaster
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- Sally is getting sucked in a purple tornado while Conrad is pulling her down she luckily gets caught by him. The house is then returned to its normal proportions but then immediately falls apart.
