[a large man approaches from the gift shop counter and speaks to Ulysses in Russian. Ulysses pulls out his wallet]
Russian Agent : [to Edward] Sorry to bother. I want to buy a little souvenir for my daughter. They have no change.
Edward Wilson : What does it cost?
Russian Agent : It costs a dollar.
Edward Wilson : Here
[hands him a dollar bill, face down]
Edward Wilson : . It's a gift, regards from the United States Government. It's a cardinal rule to be generous in a democracy.
Russian Agent : Thank you.
