Fans of Chris Guest take note
Rosskolnikov2 January 2005
This is a short, improvisational film, a "mockumentary," in the style of the many successful Christopher Guest comedies. With a clever story and some generally funny character actors, the film is memorable without being a retread. Editing is very good. This film was done as an independent project, but it has a fairly professional look and sound. Particularly good are Paul Bunch's well-drawn frustrated desk jockey and Josephine Angelini's appealingly clueless secretary. Michael Roberts shows tremendous range, and improvises some really funny lines with less overall camera time. The slightly psychotic building maintenance character offers laughs as well. The boss may have been stinky, but this film isn't. See it more than once.

This dark comedy is full of fun twists

This is very dark comedy but very, very funny. The actors improv really well and the movies shot in a fun mock-umentary style.

As the movie moves on it become obvious that the most normal guy is the stinky one. No body seems to know him as they are all wrapped up in their own personal issues, but their lives orbit him like a weird solar system.

The twist at the end caught me completely off guard.

I really liked Michael Roberts as the suck up and as the stinky boss and Paul Bunch as the guy on the verge of a break down. Chris Leone' direction never gets in the way and he uses some cool shots.
