Don't expect a good cop vs bad guy scheme, it is more complex than this. It may be naughty, brutal, where characters are fully described, though not cliché ridden. The cop beating a man nearly to death before pissing on him and then going home, hugging his kids and wife, as a common dude. A cop talking to his eight years old son, who stole an item in a store.... It is short, sharp, gritty and powerful, this earliest Olivier Marchal's work.
