I'm probably a good decade older than the target audience but found this film a good way to spend a cold, rainy afternoon (of which there are many of where I live!).
In this film, four nine-year-old kids are searching for a princess destined to succeed her sick grandfather and they must find her before a rival family take the throne. The children are cute and talented without being your typical sickly sweet American brat, and the plot is simple but enjoyable. What worked best is that there are no special gadgets or kids displaying out-of-this-world talent, it's revolves around average kids using their own brains to enjoy their adventure. The film will never win any major Hollywood award but it's cute and entertaining enough if there is nothing else to watch and you want to keep the kiddiewinkles occupied.
