This farce has the peculiar qualities found in Ford Sterling's pictures. He himself in this offering is very comical and will provoke much laughter. The plot or scheme is of the slightest, but the business is not allowed to drag and there is a constant changing of the same situation that often takes on very amusing phases. It is a good offering of rough and tumble stuff and will be welcomed by audiences. - The Moving Picture World, June 27, 1914
