Makes a fair commercial offering with action that is clear, except at one place, a very noticeable gap in the story which leaves the ending unconvincing. Arthur Mackley's company produced it and the acting is, of course, intelligent, although the heroine shows lack of experience. She is young and the personality of her picture is good company. The photography is clear and there are some lovely night landscapes. - The Moving Picture World, April 12, 1913
