It must be pure coincidence that director Kovi named his lead character Indiana Mack years before Indiana Jones was revealed to have an old army buddy named Mac in The Kingdom of the Crystal Skull? Anyway, a year after the release of his first adventure, 'Sex in the Jungle', Mack returns, still wearing that tiny hat that doesn't befit a man called Indiana. After a twenty minute sex scene between a blue eyed geisha (Laureen Kiss) and an arm wrestler (Leslie Taylor) that doesn't seem to have anything to do with the rest of the picture, we get some exposition. Mack (Nick Lang) is meeting with a Scott named Thurlington who will keep the amulet found in Indy's first adventure safe in his Scottish 'Alcatraz'. Thurlington sends Mack on a mission to find the other half of the amulet in Israel accompanied by his secretary Christina (Dora Venter). Traveling aboard a train because the KGB and FBI are after the same amulet, Mack and Christina have a roll in the hay to pass the time. Who'd have thought that one train would take them from the Scottish isles all the way to Jerusalem. Once there, the pair of adventures walk around town accompanied by some Eighties sax music and judging from the buildings they pass, it was obviously filmed a long time after the KGB was disbanded.
Next we cut to a sheik enjoying the company of two harem girls when his accomplices arrive carrying a kidnapped female archaeologist called Dr. X (Gabriella Dion). He orders X to be tied down on the spot in the scorching sun while he passes judgment on another couple of his wives (Demi Blue & Roxanne) who are arguing over a lamp. Naturally he decides they should have a threesome while on the other side of the hill the good doctor is using her charms to persuade her captor to let her go. She escapes on a camel. Finally some action in this adventure film, even though it's obvious that in Dion's close ups, she's just wobbling around on an empty saddle. The tattooed arm wrestler from the beginning arrives just in time to rescue her. All the while Indy and Chrissie are still traveling around town. When they finally learn the Doctor has been kidnapped, Mack decides to turn to his old pall Kareem Ismail.
They travel to Kareem's yacht for information, there, the self proclaimed 'King of the spies' insists Mack helps him to take care of two 'bitches' (Alexa Schiffer & Blond Panni) aboard and of course Christina joins in the fun. They find Dr. X and her tattooed accomplice just as they have uncovered the chest containing the object of this particular crusade. As usual, Mack didn't have to lift a finger himself. Mack seems to be more like Michael Knight than Indy Jones in that respect. He calls Thurlington on his cell phone, who identifies the mystery man as 'The Shadow'. This also gives Kovi the chance to linger with Thurlington and his brand new secretary (Carmen Joy) for a while. Dr. X and 'Mr Light' (aka the Shadow) welcome Mack & Co to their camp, open the treasure chest and find the legendary medal which supposedly grants immortality (as well as an insatiable sexual appetite). So, in a homage to Last Crusade, Mr. Light tests the immortality factor on Christina, and then they all try out the part about the sexual appetite.
This second installment is a bit of an improvement over Indiana Mack's previous outing because the characters are slightly better defined and the 'McGuffin' isn't found until the end (and as an added bonus it actually serves a purpose). As an Indiana Jones spoof it's not very impressive, simply because director Kovi and writer Barbara Brown haven't really included any jokes. Of course they do deliver two hours of almost nonstop sex as was to be expected.
