When Game of Thrones TV series creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss set out to craft an epic series called 3 Body Problem, an adaptation of a trilogy of sci-fi novels written by Chinese author Liu Cixin, for the Netflix streaming service, they were hoping to get four seasons out of the material. But when the first season of 3 Body Problem started streaming in March and pulled in a sizeable but underwhelming number of views, some began to question whether or not Netflix would want any more episodes of the big budget show. Now The Hollywood Reporter has broken the news that Netflix has indeed ordered more episodes – but just enough to allow Benioff, Weiss, and co-creator Alexander Woo to wrap up the story. Exactly how many episodes that will be has not yet been revealed.

In a new story titled, "Inked In Infamy", writer Ira Kantor of the Boston Herald reminisced, "The original girl with the dragon tattoo inked an homage to her then-husband, actor Billy Bob Thornton, only to remove the dragon once the pair split." Other celebrities known for their body art that were mentioned in the article were Cher (who got wings tattooed on), Jackass Steve-o (who had an enormous self-portrait done on his back), Mark Wahlberg (getting his own initials and name put on his shoulder when he wanted to stop being called Marky Mark), Mike Tyson (for his tribal tattoo on his face), and poor Tom Arnold. A&E is getting some new ink.
The network has ordered 13 episodes of a reality series starring tattoo artist Thomas Pendelton, star of the network's previous tattoo-related docusoap "Inked."
In "Tattoo Highway," Pendelton and his wife and business partner, Monica (who also appeared on "Inked"), have transformed a 1970s tour bus into a mobile tattoo parlor. They will travel to cities including Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Phoenix and Salt Lake City, inking customers.
Executive producer Bob Horowitz said the traveling element will differentiate the show from previous tattoo docusoaps.
"All the other series have been based in tattoo parlors," he said. "Here the premise is this is the first tattoo parlor on wheels, and he goes where the stories are. Imagine all the things that can happen when you take something like this on the road and all the things that can happen."

Pink says she "believes in karma." The "Stupid Girls" singer - who announced she is divorcing husband Carey Hart earlier this year - has revealed her favorite tattoo is one which says, "What comes around goes around," because it reflects her perspective on life.
She said: "It's my only truth that never changes. I believe in karma. I believe that it comes around in both ways."
"I've watched really good people have really hard times and then all of a sudden something beautiful happens. I've seen instant karma and I've seen karma that I think takes lifetimes, and I've felt a lot of it."
Pink - who has a series of tattoos all over her body - also revealed to Inked magazine that the bows on the back of her thighs were a "drunken mistake."...

But the network's other breakout series, Growing Up Gotti, has been whacked, according to sources. It's also the end of the line for Airline, another A&E reality entry. Returning for second seasons are Inked and Criss Angel Mindfreak, the two youngest-skewing series on the network. "We are thrilled to be moving forward in our relationship with these shows," said Bob DeBitetto, executive vp and general manager of A&E. "They've all contributed to a great year at A&E."...
