Lawrence Dsouza wife was on the films sets everyday. She suspected Ayesha and Lawrence were involved so she would come the sets and make Ayesha and Lawrence uncomfortable.
Lawrence DSouza gave Ayesha Jhulka top billing in the title credits. This angered Avinash Wadhwan as he was the senior star.
Mamta Kulkarni was offered the film in 1992. When her debut film crashed, she was dropped from Balmaa.
In the climax of the film Dil Ka Kya Kasoor a poem features Agar Zindagi To Tere Sang Ho, Agar Maut Ho Toh Woh Ho Tujse Pehele.This line featured in one of the songs in the film.Both film were directed by Lawrence Dsouza.
