The costumes are somewhat silly, similar to Barbara Eden's costume in the television series, I Dream Of Jeannie, but quite attractive and colorful and is an enhancement of the visual. There's a chanting musical accompaniment that could be described as a mix of traditional eastern chant and western pop which is pleasant to hear and helps determine the paceing since your eyes will be closed in meditation most of the time.
