This was a very good series, for all what I can remember.
The character's designs and the animation from "Zoo Cup" were simple, but well done, and the gags were pretty effective and funny, with a good combination of slapstick comedy and subtle humor.
Despite the fact that each episode was incredibly short (With a duration of less than two minutes)I enjoyed very much "Zoo Cup" during my childhood.
I have to admit that I'm not very much into soccer, but this series was pretty well done, being a decent entertainment for the whole family. It was appropriate.
