When the team crosses through the gate to Atlantis, Lt. Ford jumps into the gate backwards in a position that would have landed him flat on his back on the other side. However, when Sheppard walks through the gate right behind him and into Atlantis, he is nowhere to be seen.
The American Flag patch on Sheppard's arm should be facing the opposite direction, with the Union in the upper right corner.
Major John Sheppard (later Lt. Col.) refers to himself as a veteran pilot of Apache, Cobra and Osprey programs. However, he is an Air Force officer. While a limited number of Ospreys were indeed used by the USAF, Apache and Cobra have always been used by the US Army and Marines, so there is little chance he would have had the occasion of flying the respective helicopters. Also, later in the series, characters refer to Lt. Col. Sheppard as "our only real fighter pilot". Helicopter pilots are not fighter pilots.
When John Sheppard is told to shut down the engines on the helicopter to keep the drone from hitting he pulls down the rotor brake which is NOT the engine shutoff. The rotor brake is used after the engines have been shut down.
The device used to connect the ZPM would not be able to work. It is already established that the reason the ZPM is needed to power the gate is because it requires greater amounts of energy than can be provided even by the most powerful generators on earth. Therefore there is no way the approximately 1" thick cables connecting the device to presumably the gate would be able to handle that level of power without quickly overheating.
However, by generator, they may have meant something portable or mobile, that they could have brought through Stargate, not a power station (generating plant).
When John Sheppard reveals the Puddle Jumper to Elizabeth Weir, the windshield is similar to the dusty Jumpers still in dock. When the camera flips to Weir and then back to Sheppard, the windshield is cleaned.

In the French-dubbed version, Elizabeth, during her prep-talk, says (translated from French): "If we get a stable enough vortex, nothing should stop you from missing this opportunity", which is obviously the opposite of what she meant.
The helicopter Sheppard and O'Neill fly to Antarctica in, which is supposedly a US Air Force aircraft, has Canadian registration.
Why, if the Wraith were so powerful to have given the Ancients a run for their money, would the Ancients have had a working Stargate at Tayla's planet? At the very least deactivating gates, where the Wraith were present, would have slowed their advance.
The Russian flag on one soldier's arm is attached upside down.
As Wraith darts appear through the Stargate, Lieutenant Ford states "bandits incoming", this states a known threat, he should have said "Bogeys incoming" as the Wraith were not known as a threat at this point in the episode.
When Teyla brings Major Sheppard to see the drawings of the Wraith cullings, he fumbles with a lighter to light the torch, at which point Teyla lights the torch with an energy-based lighter of her own, saying "we mastered fire long ago." Sheppard appears to not have known, even though in an earlier scene of the team approaching the settlement at night shows there are clearly torches burning.
About 8 minutes in, when the drone is accidentally activated, Dr. McKay looks at the path the drone takes before it even moves.
