Snub plays both the tough guy and the cop in an "Easy Street" setting, and Marie Mosquini is the hard-as-nails and sweet-heart and queen of the dance hall. The tough guy and the cop threaten each other by showing their strength in the pool room. The bad man takes up a white billiard ball and crushes it with one hand, scattering the fragments on the table. But Snub goes him one better when he picks up a red ball and squeezes wine juice from it. Then the war begins. The climax arrives at a dance given by the gang. Here mistaken identity helps Snub to capture his prisoner.
