The Frame-Up
boblipton31 May 2015
When drifter Edmund Cobb and Fearless the Famous Police Dog star rescue Ruth Renick, they are rewarded with a job on her ranch. When a gang steals a large wooden box and shoots a railroad detective, their leader decides to frame Cobb. Can Fearless outwit the bad guys and bring justice to the wild western town of Pasadena? Certainly, no one else in this movie has the brains to.

Although the IMDb credits direction of this short subject to co-producer Joe Rock, the screen credits say that Francis Ford held the megaphone on this one. While the gags in this one are better than the ones in the earlier one that Ford directed, this one also has some seasoned comedy performers in it; as a result, it might be either in this average entry in the series of short subjects.
