Sex & Nudity

- Serious Sam II is the most cartoony and comical out of all the Serious Sam titles, especially for a M-rated title.
- Some of the NPCs and enemies will have tight outfits that reveal cleavage.
- A couple of double entendres that would be misinterpreted as sexual references, but are mainly comical.
Violence & Gore

- The least violent of all of the Serious Sam games. While blood and gore are present; they tend to be big puffs. Pools of blood can be seen at times, but are rather infrequent.
- Enemies can be gibbed, but when the bits fall on the ground they burst into a puff of the enemy's blood color.
Profanity

- Moderately mild language like "goddamn" pop up every now and then.
- Scatological humor is present; one instance includes a massive amount of feces in a toilet, a mention of "royal poo" and a secret is nothing more but a large turd.
Alcohol, Drugs & Smoking

- An enemy is depicted having a cigar in it's mouth.
Frightening & Intense Scenes

- Extremely tame for an M rated game, it should be T for teen.
- Some of the boss battles could be intense; but Sam's one liners keep the situation light and comical.
